Description

Your hands quit before your muscles do. You rack the dumbbells because your palms are burning, not because the set is finished.

These sit between the bar and the base of your fingers — exactly where every callus, blister and tear forms. The raised silicone tread bites into the knurling instead of sliding across it, so your grip holds even when your hands are sweating.

They go on in about four seconds. No straps, no velcro, no wrestling with hot gloves between sets. Your rings stay on, your nails stay clear of the bar, and you still feel the metal underneath — the bar feel gloves take away.

Works on deadlifts, rows, lat pulldowns, pull-ups, kettlebells, dumbbells and cable work. Rinse under water after training, shake dry, drop them back in the pouch.

One size. Suits small to medium hands best. Comes in grey, black or pink with a carry pouch.

Your grip gives out before your muscles do

You rack the dumbbells because your hands are burning, not because the set is finished. GRIPPY fixes that in about four seconds.

No more torn calluses

A textured silicone layer sits between the bar and the base of your fingers — where every callus, blister and tear actually forms.

Grip that holds when you sweat

Raised tread bites into knurling instead of sliding across it, so the bar stays put through your last rep.

Lift heavier for longer

When your hands stop failing first, you get the reps you were actually training for. Deadlifts, rows, pull-ups, kettlebells.

On and off in seconds

Tuck between your fingers, close your hand, lift. Peel them off between sets to scroll or drink. No straps, no velcro, no sweaty gloves.

Why people stop wearing gloves

Most of our customers switched from lifting gloves. Here's the honest comparison.

How to wear them

Takes one set to get used to. After that you'll forget they're there.

Slot between your fingers

Push the top edge of the pad through the gaps between your fingers so it sits flat across your palm, just below the knuckles.

Wrap and close your hand

Fold the pad over the bar and close your grip. The tread grabs the knurling and the pad self-locks under load.

Rinse and pocket

Rinse under water after training, shake dry, drop them back in the pouch. Clean pads grip noticeably better than dirty ones.

Just restarted lifting and these have completely eliminated the blisters. Wish I'd bought them sooner.

Julia C. — Verified buyer

I bought hooks from somewhere else first and they were way too thick even in the women's size. These are the right thickness to actually keep grip while protecting your hands. My calluses used to kill me on deadlifts — now I've gone up in weight with no issues.

Maria A. — Verified buyer

Don't slip and no sweaty gym gloves. That's the whole review.

Bryan D. — Verified buyer

Kettlebells are my main equipment and I was nervous about these. First session I could handle the bells naturally with actual support. Bought a second pair as a gift.

Linda W. — Verified buyer

My hands don't hurt at all and I don't have to take my rings off.

Merryn S. — Verified buyer

I thought I wanted gloves and bought these instead. They work so well and are so easy to use. Quick wash after a workout, back in the pouch.

Monica S. — Verified buyer

I don't lose traction anymore and I'm lifting more because my hands aren't getting sore from the metal bars.

Carolyn F. — Verified buyer

Makes a huge difference for something so simple.

Kirsty G. — Verified buyer

Bought two for my sons then another two for family. Everyone uses them.

Before you order

Will they fit my hands?

One size, and it suits small to medium hands best. If you have large hands or you want full coverage across a thick bar, a wider pad will serve you better — we'd rather tell you now than take the return.

What if my hands sweat a lot?

The tread handles normal training sweat. If you're a heavy sweater, rinse the pads between sessions and keep a towel on your bench — silicone loses bite when it's coated in old sweat and chalk dust.

Can I keep my rings and nails on?

Yes. The pad sits across your palm, not over your fingers, so rings stay on and long nails stay clear of the bar.

What can I use them for?

Anything with a bar or handle: deadlifts, rows, lat pulldowns, pull-ups, kettlebells, dumbbells, cable work. They're not designed for Olympic lifts where you need to bail fast.

How do I clean them?

Warm water and soap, air dry. Takes a couple of minutes and they're ready for your next session.

Finish the set you came for

Comes in gray, black or pink with a carry pouch.
